DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS
TIEFENBACHER LEHMANN ships products within Germany by Hermes, Deutsche Post and DHL Paket. The transport risk lies on the side of the sender. All other countries are delivered by DHL. Please note: If a packing station is specified as the delivery address, shipment is only possible via DHL.
The goods are ready for dispatch at the latest one working day after your order. If the product is personalized, such as an individual engraving, the delivery time can be extended by up to one week. Unless otherwise agreed with you, the delivery will be made from stock within 2-5 working days to the delivery address you specify, depending on the choice of shipping method and delivery location. Due to unforeseeable events, such as strikes, there may be delays in delivery in exceptional cases.

If you wish, we deliver to all countries outside the EU (Switzerland, USA etc.) VAT-free.
